Syed Irshad Moosavi is a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager and Director with over 25 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, digital, and change management initiatives. Holding an MBA from the University of Leicester, he possesses a sophisticated understanding of both public and private sector operations. He currently serves as a Partner and Director for an IT Solutions company, where he oversees strategic growth and implementation.

With a career built on executing complex, medium-to-large-scale projects, Syed brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to governance. His expertise spans:

  • Infrastructure & IT: Managing high-value digital transformations.

  • Procurement: Streamlining supply chains and vendor contracts.

  • Change Management: Leading organisational shifts to improve efficiency and output.

Syed has been a driving force behind the growth and modernisation of Al-Noor for over nine years. As a Trustee and Chair, he transitioned the organisation from a local entity into the robust institution it is today. His leadership led to the establishment of the Thursday Registered Food Drive and the implementation of weekly extensive Qur'an Tafsir lessons. By applying his professional project management framework to community service, he has ensured that Al-Noor’s initiatives are both scalable and sustainable.

Hasan Imam Mirza

A BA (HONS) Accounting & Finance, Chartered Accountant had worked for KPMG was a equity partner at Pridie Brewster an 18-partner firm with 120 staff.

Now Established AG Associates he has helped clients invest over £30 million into the UK in the past 5 years. He has written

articles for various newspapers and Joint Editor of A to Z insolvency Volumes which was subscribed to by most of the top 20 accountancy firms Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner

Hasan is a highly distinguished Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner with a career defined by high-level fiscal oversight and corporate restructuring. A former Equity Partner at Pridie Brewster (a firm of 120 staff), he also brings "Big Four" experience from his tenure at KPMG. Currently, as a Partner at AG Associates, he specialises in accounting, taxation, and strategic financial consultancy for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Hasan’s technical expertise is recognised across the industry. He has facilitated over £30 million in UK investments for clients over the last five years, demonstrating a profound understanding of capital flow and asset management. His contributions to the field include serving as Joint Editor of the A to Z Insolvency Volumes—a definitive resource subscribed to by the majority of the UK’s top 20 accountancy firms.

As a Trustee, Hasan provides the board with an elite level of financial rigour and risk mitigation. His background as an Insolvency Practitioner gives him a unique "worst-case scenario" perspective that ensures the trust remains solvent, compliant, and fiscally disciplined. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance, providing a robust academic and professional framework for managing the trust’s long-term financial health.

Syed Mohammed Rizwan Bokari

Rizwan is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic business leader with nearly two decades of experience in the London retail and hospitality sectors. As the founder and owner of a successful Central London coffee shop and salad bar, alongside a multi-location clothing enterprise, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex operations, scale businesses, and maintain long-term financial viability.

Rizwan brings a global perspective to his leadership roles, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from India and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies (UK). This underpins his disciplined approach to financial oversight.

A dedicated advocate for community welfare, Rizwan has served as a Trustee for Al Noor since 2010. His commitment to social responsibility is further evidenced by his hands-on involvement in organising food drives and leading support initiatives for the elderly. He combines his sharp business acumen with a deep-seated mission to serve the community, ensuring social impact in his role as a Trustee.

Ali Mohammed Mirza

I hold a BEng Honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology. I am an experienced Project Manager, IT Developer, and Business Analyst with over 20 years’ experience in the investment banking sector. Throughout my career, I have led large, multi-location teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex trading systems. I have also headed an FX IT department, with responsibility for strategic planning, budgeting, resourcing, and managing a team of over 100 personnel. I have a strong interest in technology solutions and have independently developed mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, including the Shia Prayer Times app. I enjoy playing football—using technology to organise fixtures and teams—as well as cycling and squash.

Syed Muhammed Ali Jaffri

Syed Ali Jaffri is an accomplished technology leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organisations through digital transformation and operational improvement. As a Fellow of the British Computer Society, he is skilled in aligning technology strategy with business goals to strengthen resilience, drive efficiency, and enable long‑term growth. His background spans multiple sectors, including transport, housing, education, non‑profit, and healthcare, where he has modernised IT functions, enhanced cybersecurity, and led major infrastructure and cloud initiatives. He holds extensive academic qualifications, including a PhD and numerous professional certifications across IT, cybersecurity, governance, cloud technologies, and project management. Ali also contributes to the wider professional community through consultancy, speaking engagements, and mentoring. Beyond his technology career, he is actively involved in youth education and religious studies, delivering training, writing, and participating in charitable and youth‑focused initiatives.

Dr Syed Ali Mehdi

Syed Ali Mehdi, MBBS, MPhil, FRCSEd, FRCSEd(Tr&Orth), MFSTEd, MBA has worked in the NHS for more than 31 years. Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon since 2007 and is currently also Medical Director of Kent and Canterbury Hospital at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation NHS Trust. Course coordinator for Technical and Human Factors based Non Technical Skills development and Examiner for Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh nationally and abroad. Volunteer with WHO experts for capacity building of Mass Casualty Management training internationally.

Syed Ali Mehdi is a distinguished Medical Director and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 31 years of experience within the NHS. Currently serving as the Medical Director of Kent and Canterbury Hospital (East Kent Hospitals University Foundation NHS Trust), he operates at the highest levels of clinical and corporate governance. His extensive background is supported by an elite academic portfolio, including an MBA, MBBS, MPhil, and multiple Fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd).

Beyond his clinical practice, Mehdi is a specialist in Human Factors and Non-Technical Skills development. He serves as a national and international Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons, ensuring rigorous standards of professional excellence. His dual expertise in medicine and business administration (MBA) allows him to bridge the gap between complex frontline operations and strategic fiscal oversight.

Mehdi’s commitment to service extends to international disaster response and capacity building. He collaborates as a volunteer with World Health Organization (WHO) experts, providing specialized training in Mass Casualty Management on a global scale. As a Trustee, he brings a unique combination of crisis management skills, ethical leadership, and healthcare processes experience.
