Measured, evidenced, and still growing

We believe impact should be counted, not just claimed. Our Food Drive is the clearest proof of what this community can do — and the foundation we are building on.

The Food Drive, in numbers (2020–2026)

  • 109,966+ total items — hot meals and food packs distributed across South London.

  • 30,921 hot meals — freshly prepared, every Thursday, for over five years.

  • 79,045 food packs — groceries, bakery items and household staples.

  • 270+ consecutive Thursdays — unbroken weekly delivery, not one week missed.

  • 46.2 tonnes of food rescued — diverted from waste and redirected to those in need.

  • 274.9 tonnes of CO2e saved — an environmental dividend equal to roughly 13,750 trees.

Beyond the food

Behind those numbers are hundreds of children given gifts and toys at Eid and Christmas; rough sleepers given sleeping bags, coats and warmth through winter; single mothers supported with baby essentials and emergency help; and young volunteers completing Duke of Edinburgh placements. It has never been simply a food bank.

Where we are heading

With a permanent home and a growing volunteer base, our ambition is to scale meal provision towards 20,000+ warm meals a year, launch our Health & Wellness Forum and Fatimiyya Academy, and bring all seven services fully online. Our most important years of impact are still ahead.
